“Old Pilgrim is Laid to Rest” Roy Antle, 77, of Bemidji, MN died Friday, February 24, 2017 at the Sanford Medical Center, Fargo.
A memorial gathering will be 1-4 p.m., Sunday, April 23, 2017 at the Eckles Town Hall, Bemidji.
Roy Lee Antle was born December 28, 1939 in Eckles Township, Beltrami County, MN to Lee and Myrell (Smith) Antle. He was a Navy veteran. He was active in the Paul Bunyan Vintage Auto Cub and was also a long time member of Hangfire Blackpowder Club and the Building Trades Union. Roy owned and operated a blackpowder store.
He is survived by his sister, Linda Lee (Richard) Booth of Grand Rapids, MN; nephew, Roy C. (Cynthia) Booth of Bemidji and their sons, Riordan, Rex and Revelin; niece, Laura (Brian) and their daughter, Emma and 4 step-grandchildren, Sean, Patrick, Caitlin and Collin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Mary.
