Sherryl "Sherry" Marie (Abraham) Seado

Sherry passed away peacefully on October 11, 2022 in her home.  She was diagnosed November 2021 with pancreatic cancer.

Sherryl Marie (Abraham) Seado was born June 25, 1968 to Robert & Margaret (Hoff) Abraham in Bagley, MN.  Sherry was the third of six children.  She attended Bagley Public School and graduated from Bagley High School in 1986.  She enjoyed several sports including basketball, volleyball, track & cross country. 

After graduation Sherry moved to Montana where she worked for one season at Yellowstone National Park, enjoying the mountains and meeting lots of new friends.

She returned to Bemidji and attended Northwest Technical College in Bemidji, MN where she obtained a degree in administrative studies.

She married Wesley Wright April 2, 1993 and together they had two children Eli & Alysa.  They later divorced and she married Robert Seado on May 2, 2015.

She worked for the DNR in Bemidji, MN as a Reality Specialist Senior with the Division of Lands and Minerals up until the time of her passing.

Sherry enjoyed the outdoors, including cross country skiing & blueberry picking. She was also an expert quilter.  Her greatest passion was her beautiful gardens.  She started her business, Floral Essence, and supplied flowers to the local florists along with making her own fresh & dried floral arrangements, also selling dahlia tubers on her website.

Sherry is survived by her two children Eli Wright & Alysa Wright both of Bemidji, MN.  Her husband Robert Seado of Bemidji, MN.  Stepdaughters Ashley (Lloyd) Fischer of Bemidji, MN and  Britani (Rusty) Johnson of Bemidji, MN.  Parents Robert & Margaret (Hoff) Abraham of Lake Itasca, MN.  Siblings: Mickie (Doug) Kauffman of Clearmont, WY, John Abraham of Cannon Falls, MN, Angela (Jason) Emery of Bagley, MN, Alicia (Paul) Schummer of Bemidji, MN, David (Brittany) Abraham of Henderson, MN and many nieces & nephews.

She was preceded by her paternal grandparents Alec & Anna (Brichnac) Abraham.  Maternal grandparents Henry & Rose (Prebble) Hoff.  Aunt Lois (Abraham) Highberg of Bagley, MN.  Uncles: Roy Abraham Sr of Baudette, MN John Bergvall of International Falls, MN, Larry Hoff of Rochester, MN.  Cousin Cindy Bergvall of International Falls, MN and infant twin cousins of International Falls, MN.
