Scott Talbott, 47, of Bemidji, MN died Thursday, January 5, 2023 in East Grand Forks, MN.

Memorial Services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 13, 2023 at First Lutheran Church, Bemidji.

Scott Walter Talbott was born February 15, 1975 in St. Louis Park to Lewis Talbott and Theresa (Henke) Talbott. He grew up in Champlin and graduated from Anoka High School. He married Rachael Newell on February 27, 1999. Scott was an amazing husband, father, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and he spent as much time as he could creating as many memories as he could. Scott liked to build things and keep busy.  He also liked to help others whenever he could.

He is survived by his wife, Rachael; sons, Andrew and Aaron; mother, Theresa Talbott; sisters, Sandy Padilla and Sheri Rodland; brother, Steve (Karen) Talbott; sisters-in-law, Barbra (Brad) Arett and Karen (Michael) Allen; brother-in-law, Tony Newell; mother-in-law, Janice (Richard) Nelson; father-in-law, Donald Newell and 8 nieces and 5 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lewis Talbott; grandmother, Doris Jenson and step-father-in-law, Robert Jochim.
