Sam participated in sports throughout his life from pre-school hockey, to elementary school wrestling and on to play football, basketball, and baseball. Sam was a gifted speaker, going to state in 8th grade for his Great Speeches speech. He loved acting and was in Drama, One Act, and Speech. Sam enjoyed traveling. He traveled to Italy, Spain, and Monaco, among other places through-out the United States, and had wanted to make another trip to Spain. He loved animals, his dog, and most especially his cats were his family. Sam had a big heart and a smile, he truly lit up a room, he was hilarious. He loved to cook and had big dreams of having a fabulous food truck. He made an awesome cheesecake. Sam adored his family.
He is survived by his, mom and dad, JoLynn and Kenn Langaas, two sisters Biancha (Jake) Taylor, Allison (Justin) Christenson, and his niece Kynsleigh and nephew Callan, whom he adored.
