Ronald Lee Meyer

Ronald Lee Meyer, 78, of Bemidji, MN passed away Monday, April 22, 2024 at Sanford Fargo Hospital.

A Celebration of Life will be held 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sunday, May 12, 2024 at the Turtle River Community Center, Bemidji.

He was born July 8, 1945 in Madelia, MN to Clarence and Jean (Hines) Meyer. He joined the Marines in 1962 and served in Vietnam. He was honorably discharged in 1966. Ron married Sadie Steele on October 26, 1991. They have one son, Keegan. For the past 30 years he has been a mail contractor for the Bemidji Post Office. Ron liked to hunt, fish and camp. He loved going on hunting trips with Keegan and his hunting buddies.

Ron is survived by his wife, Sadie: son, Keegan; son, Danny from former wife Viriginia; sister, Bonnie Tack and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; twin brother, Donald; sister, Connie Lancaster and brother-in-law, Harvey Tack.
