Ricky Warriner Obituary

Ricky Dale Warriner, 73, of Bemidji, MN passed away at GoldPine Home on June 7, 2022.

Celebration of Life will be 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 25, 2022 at the Bemidji Eagles club 1-4. Please use the east parking lot.

He was born April 6, 1949, in Minneapolis to Leon and Pauline Warriner. On August 1, 1967, he married Sue Carlson. They had two beautiful daughters, together. They later divorced. He worked as a hairstylist for THE BARBERS, then owning his own shop, THE JUNCTION BARBER SHOP in Bemidji. He then went on driving semi-truck for many companies and then retiring from Koch Trucking. He loved his sports, deer hunting (known as the BUCKMASTER), fishing and racing the #14 car at Bemidji Raceway.

A loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather is survived by his daughters, Sheila (Mike) Hirt, of Bemidji and their family, Joey (Sarah) Warriner, Haley Jones, Ashley (Corey Erickson) Hirt, Liz (Rylee) Curb, and Madison Hirt; Kimberly (Kevin Spurgin) Mattson of Cambridge, MN, and their family, Zachary Warriner,  Tanner Mattson; Harlan & Robert Spurgin and Luke (Niki) Gilbert; great grandchildren: Brielle, Brendan, Korban, Carson, Grady, Briggs, Ellie, Hadley, Riley, and Wesley; ex-Wife, Sue; brother, Dan (Nancy) Warriner; sister, Teri (Stu) Haen; Special Friends, The Howards.  Preceded in death: His parents and brother Dale.
