Pearl Pederson, 104, of Bemidji, MN died Friday, November 21, 2025, at Havenwood Care Center, Bemidji.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at First Lutheran Church, Bemidji. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Bemidji.

Pearl Esther Pederson was born March 12, 1921, in Aure, MN to Carl and Anna (Jantvold) Peterson on her grandparents’ farm. She graduated from Bemidji High School in 1939. On September 11, 1939, she married Hilmer Pederson in Park Rapids, MN. They operated the family dairy farm for the next 7 years. They then operated the Aure General Store for almost 2 years. Pearl went to work for the Bemidji School District as a cook, where she spent her years at Bemidji High School, J.W. Smith Elementary School, and Central Elementary School.

She is survived by; daughter, Janice (Harold) Marjamaa of Laporte, Minn.; sons, Ronald (Barbara) Pederson of Baudette, Minn. and Gary (Cindi) Pederson of Bemidji, Minn.; 9 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; infant son, Timothy; parents; 4 sisters and 5 brothers.
