On August 11, 2020, around 2:00 AM, Michael Timothy Flaherty Sr. Left us to live in paradise with our Heavenly Father, Yahweh, beside his loved ones, who passed before him.

Michael was born on October 8th, 1954 to Donald and Frances Flaherty (now Johnson) in Hollywood, California.

In his lifetime, Michael touched the lives of so many people as a Father, Son, Brother, Barber, Friend, Minister, Teacher, and so on, but most of all, as a dedicated child of Yahweh, God Almighty. Michael has always been one to work hard and then some for the ones he loves and for his community. Even when times were hard, he would do what he could to help others and share the faith that would drive and compel him to whatever ends. One could say that many who have met Michael have been met with a smile, a joke, a kindness, and a prayer and while he may not always have done right, his intentions were in an honest light.

Michael is reunited with his siblings, Patrick Flaherty and Colleen Flaherty, His Father, Donald Flaherty, and many family members and people close to Michael who preceded him in death.

Michael is survived by his mother, Frances Johnson, His Wife, Hilda Flaherty, His Sister in christ, Donna Flaherty, His Daughters, Jennifer Flaherty, Rebecca Flaherty, Megan Flaherty, and Mikayla Flaherty; His Sons, Mark Flaherty and Michael Flaherty Jr., His Grandson, David Juarez and soon to be grandson, Camilo, His Granddaughters, Hannah Brager and Hailey Brager, His Nephew, Daniel Flaherty, His Nieces, Vanessa Donnay, Dawn Flaherty, Sherry Flaherty, Serene Eidem, and Flaherty Haugen, His Brothers In-Law, Josué Antonio Hernández, José Antonio Rodriguez, Sisters In-Law, Eugenia Perez Politron, Angelica Guerrero and Maribel Antonio Hernández; Sons In-Law, Ronie Flaherty, Connor Olson, Dave Peterson, and Ethan IronNecklace; Godson, Gabe Flaherty and his multitudinous family members, customers, and brothers and sisters in christ.
