Margaret Ann (Clark) Anywaush

Margaret Anywaush, 92, of Bemidji, MN died Friday, June 13, 2025 at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center.

A Celebration of Life will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 22, 2025 at the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home.

Margaret Ann Clark was born September 25, 1932 in White Earth, MN to Owen and Ilene (Warren) Clark. She grew up in White Earth and graduated from Waubun High School. Margaret moved to Minneapolis where she worked as a waitress.  On March 21, 1953 she married Francis Anywaush in Robbinsdale, MN. They lived in Minneapolis, Kalispell, MT and Columbia Falls, MT before they moved to Bemidji in 1980. Margaret worked as a cook, then at MPI and then she became a CNA and worked in the medical field until she retired at the age of 73. She enjoyed visiting with family, cooking, going to the casino and watching sports. She loved the Twins and her favorite football team was the Kansas City Chiefs.

She is survived by her son, David Anywaush; daughters, Mary (Floyd) Yates and Kathy (Shelly) Anywaush; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Terry Clark; special nieces Annalee, Marissa, Lorna Anywaush and Dorothy Clark; special nephew, Ray Waukazo and many other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Francis Anywaush; son, Steven; brothers, Pat and Joe; sisters, Barbara, Ione and Carol Jean.
