Kelly Eugene Amundson

Kelly E. Amundson, Age 59 of Bemidji, MN passed away Sunday September 14th, 2025.

He was born in Bemidji, MN to parents Shirley and Eugune Aumundson. He worked for many years as a laborer at Gustafson and Goudge. He enjoyed spending time fishing, working on projects, watching football and being outdoors.

Kelly was a simple man, who loved Jesus. He will be remembered by his kindness, willingness to help anyone, incredible sense of humor and his love for his family and friends.

He is survived by his daughter, Brittney Stille, Sister Beth Amundson Lapp, Niece Allison (Josh) McPhee and Nephew Andrew Lapp, great niece and Nephews, Ryder, Sutton and Tripp McPhee, Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Shirley and Eugene Amundson, Sister Lisa Marie Amundson; Grandparents Viola Nyland and Iland (Grace) Nyland and Olina Davis, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th, from 1pm-3pm at the Bemidji Eagles Club. It will be an opportunity for family and friends to come together, share memories, and honor Kelly’s life. A private burial service will be held at a later date for immediate family and friends.
