Donna Etta Glime

Donna Glime, 95, of Bemidji, MN died Saturday, January 21, 2023, at Sanford Medical Center, Bemidji.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Evangelical Covenant Church, Bemidji, with Pastor Mark Hovestol officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in Northwoods Cemetery, Hines, MN in the spring.  Services were entrusted to the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji.

Donna Etta Glime was born in Tenstrike, MN to Adonis & Cora Glime. She graduated from Bemidji High School in 1945. Donna worked for Northwestern Bell for 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, and reading. She was a long-time member of the Evangelical Covenant Church where she was quite active over the years.

Donna is survived by her sister, Lois Glime; nephew, Ken (Barb) Gruer and their son Richard Gruer; niece, Shirley (Marvin) Gillig and their son Jamie (Nicole) Shurhammer and their daughters, Tatelyn & Taryn; niece, Nancy (Reynold) Gustafson and their son, Donald (Michele) Gustafson and daughter, Deb (Chad) Garner and their children, Grace & Joe; nephew, Robert (Colleen) Gruer and their daughter, Amanda (Eric) Welte and son, Eric Gruer. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister Betty Gruer and husband Warren Gruer; nephew, Robert Gruer.
