Bruce Leonard Lovering

Bruce Leonard Lovering passed away in Walker, MN on September 24, 2022.

A graveside service and inurnment will be 1:00 p.m., Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Lakeview Cemetery, Blackduck. With arrangements entrusted to the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji, MN.

Bruce was born on January 2, 1952, in Bemidji, MN to Steven and Emily (Brooks) Lovering. He grew up in Bemidji and attended Bemidji High School. He played football and hockey and graduated in 1970. Bruce enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was known for his creative story telling.

He is preceded in death by: Parents Steven and Emily Lovering; Brothers Steven, Ralph “Rocco” and Gene “Geno” Lovering; Sister Karen and Brother-in-law Brian Regnier; Nephews Lee Lovering and Aaron Regnier and Niece Jennifer Lovering

He is survived by: Sister LuAnn Fuller; Sister-in-law Peggy Lovering; Sister-in-law Jan (Jeff) Petersen; 2 Daughters; 6 Grandchildren; Nieces, Nephews and Great Nephews.
