Beverly Marie (Puschinsky) Tolman

Beverly Tolman, 94, of Bemidji, MN died Monday, June 20, 2022, at Sanford Medical Center, Bemidji.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at St. Philips Catholic Church, Bemidji, MN with Fr. Michael Arey officiating. Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the church. Inurnment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Bemidji.

Beverly Marie Puschinsky was born March 13, 1928, in Grand Forks, ND to William & Eva Puschinsky. At the age of two, her family moved to Bemidji. She attended St. Philips Catholic School and graduated from Bemidji High School in          1946. On November 24, 1947, Beverly married Archie Tolman in St. Philips Catholic Church in Bemidji. Bev then devoted her time at home raising her three children. In 1980, she went to work as a cook at Northern School and would retire from there in 2002.  Bev devoted her life to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren- family was her entire world. She thoroughly enjoyed her outdoor gardening and crafting where she created her very own unique dolls.

Bev is survived by children, Kathy Locke, Kim (Dave) Ellingson, and Rod Tolman; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She is preceded by her husband, parents, granddaughter, Erica Lovold; 1 brother and 4 sisters.
