Ronald Lauderbaugh, 76, of Bemidji, MN died Sunday, April 1, 2018 at Sanford Hospital, Bemidji.
Graveside Services will be in the spring at Calvary Cemetery, Bemidji.
Ronald Hugh Lauderbaugh was born August 17, 1941 in Bemidji, MN to Hugh & Lena Lauderbaugh. Following his graduation from Bemidji High School he served in the military spending most of his time in Colorado. After serving in the Army he returned to Bemidji and was employed at Red Owl. After the closing of the grocery store he went on to work at Nortech until his retirement. It was at Nortech that he met his soul mate Mary Kunze. They enjoyed each other’s companionship for 17 years until her passing in1998. Ronald was an avid bowler for most of his life and spent much of his free time fishing with his good friend and cousin, Bruce Lauderbaugh. In his later years he enjoyed the peace and solitude of his home and land north of Bemidji.
Ronald is survived by his two sisters Joanne (Gary) Hanson and Peggy Holter; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by Mary, his parents, brother-in-law, Ray Holter and nephew Mark Holter.
