Jill and family, I was sorry to hear of your dad's passing. From my childhood years spent at the lake to seeing Justy occasionally in FH, he always had a big smile on his face and was always so friendly. I know he was met at Heaven's gate by your mom & sister, Pete, Fritz & Helen, and Fritz Mikkelson - the Lake Bemidji gang! Justy was a great friend to Casey. He will be missed. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.

I was saddened to hear about Justin. Bonny and I had seen him in Bemidji a few summers, but missed the last couple years. I sure feel bad about that. I have many many memories of my 20+years working with Justin, and the many opportunities he gave me to advance my career. I remember his favorite color to this day ...baby blue!!! The whole station at KNOX was carpeted in baby blue. Gorgeous. I first worked at State Mill Rd location and Justin didn't mind that I was only 17!!! My condolences to the family ... Ronni

My years at KJ108 FM in Grand Forks shaped my career in many ways. I thank Justin for the opportuninity to be a summer intern when the station had never had one. His leadership created a unique, fun work environment that I still miss.

I was truly heartbroken to hear that Justin had passed. There is not a single broadcaster for whom I had greater respect and admiration. He was a consummate pro who will be truly missed.

Jeff & families: Our condolences to all of you, your Dad was a special person. Remembering when he first visited our business--Finest Auto Trim, Grand Forks selling radio ads for KNOX. He impressed us with his sincerity, never pressuring but still persistent in a special way. He will be missed by many.
