Jon Arthur Kerth

Jon Arthur Kerth, age 65, died Thursday, January 31, 2019 at Sanford Medical Center, Bemidji, MN.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2019 with a time of reflection at 2:30 p.m., at the Evangelical Covenant Church, Bemidji.

Born in Columbia, SC to Rev. John and Charlotte Kerth. He went to Carr Lake Grade School and graduated from Bemidji High School. He worked at the JC Penny Stores in Edina, MN doing maintenance until 2000 when he moved home to Bemidji. He was a talented artist and creative thinker and his family and friends are blessed to have his artwork in their homes. He is predeceased by his dad, John Kerth, and an infant brother, Jeff. He is in the hands of our heavenly father and no longer is in pain and restriction. He is survived by his mom, Charlotte Kerth, Bemidji, Sisters, Joy (Randy) Wilkins, Big Bend, Ill, Jan (Doug) Giese, Bemidji, Jil (Bernie) Mistic, Bemidji and many nieces and nephews.
