Jeffrey Jeremiah Dudley

Jeffrey Dudley, age 7, of Solway, MN died Monday, January 28, 2019 at his home.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, February 2, 2019 at the Tenstrike Community Church with Pastor Steve Pomp officiating. Visitation will begin 9:30 a.m. at the church. Private Interment will be in the Lake George Cemetery at a later time.  Arrangements were entrusted to the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Bemidji.

Jeffrey lived in Jacksonville, FL with his foster parents, Steve and Sandy until October 2013 when he was adopted by Kent and Shantel Dudley. Jeffrey loved his snuggle time, being rocked and read to. He loved Thomas the train and his Cars movies. He adored his younger siblings and would coo at them and giggle nonstop. Jeffrey’s start in life was traumatic, he endured so much abuse in the beginning, but he knew great love and devotion in his home and he thrived for many years.

He is survived by his parents,  Kent and Shantel Dudley of Solway; brothers, Ryan Dudley of Laporte, Jeremiah Dudley of Bemidji, Brandon  DeVries of San Diego, CA, Zachary DeVries of Rochester, MN, Travis Dudley, Vonte Dudley, Mathis Dudley, Mason Dudley, Daniel Dudley of Solway and Devin McKinney of Bemidji; sisters, Christina Troy of West Fargo, ND, Rebecca Kahle of Wilton, Ashley Campbell of Bemidji, Victoria Dudley and Vivienne Grauman of Solway; nieces and nephews, Canaan Perez, Isaiah Perez, Carsyn Troy, Skylar Troy and Alayna Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Laurence and Arlene Dudley and Eileen Hogoboom and sisters, Raniyah Dudley and Zekiah Dudley.
