Gerald "Jerry" Roland Annonson

Gerald “Jerry” Annonson, 63, of Bemidji, MN died Saturday, June 10, 2017 at his home.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 17, 2017 at the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji with Pastor Kent Dudley officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Roosevelt Cemetery, Debs.

Gerald Roland Annonson was born December 15, 1953 to Gordon & Jean Annonson in Bemidji.  As a young boy, the family moved to Montana and stayed there until 1969.  They moved back to Bemidji and Jerry graduated from Bemidji High School in 1973.  After high school, Jerry went to work for Burlington Northern Railroad and would work there for 40 years retiring in December of 2015.  Jerry enjoyed outdoor activities, cutting wood, collecting coins and antiques.  He truly loved spending time with his grandchildren and family.

He is survived by his children, Scott Annonson; Wendy (Josh) Doffing, and Josh (John Henifin) Annonson; 6 grandchildren; siblings, Tom Annonson, Sue (Neil) Grimsley, Lyle (Susan) Annonson and Debbie (Mike Miller) Annonson; special friend, Tracey Annonson and ex-wife, Elizabeth Annonson.  Jerry was preceded in death by his parents,
