Sympathy to family of Janice, thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. Janice and I have exchanged Christmas greetings for several years and always enjoyed hearing from her. She also attended a few of our family reunions. I will miss not seeing her and getting her Christmas greetings. Gail.....daughter of Edith Holthusen/Magnuson

For Clayton, Marvin /Terri & family, Merlin & sons, Marlo & family, Mitchell/Holly & family:

I was very sorry to learn of Janice's loss of life! It is one of those things we never really accept-we learn over time that the pain will be less but we will not forget her! I'm the 1st cousin to her & I remember many instances of how I spent many a day and hour out on the farm with her family and our grandfather who lived with them. She & I used to give our grandpa a very hard time just because we were kids and he would go in the house very upset to tell Aunt Pearle (Janice's mom that we were doing stuff that we had no business doing (like climbing up on the barn roof-girls weren't supposed to do that!).

I also remember the fun times we had after married life for us both when we would get together with my folks and both our families (all the kiddies & go on picnics to Diamond Point Park, Rocky Point Park and Itasca State Park. Good times were had by all at the time but I'm not so sure the boys remember much about that.
Even tho we've lost her from the earthly life she will always be remembered for her smile & the many things she did for EVERYONE; she basically did not meet a stranger or always stepping in to help someone in need. Many a time my dad would say he never knew how she could get as much done with all those young boys running around!
I hope that this finds all of you knowing that thoughts & prayers will be with ya'll in the coming days, months & years with mostly fond memories.
Love to all
Joyce
