Howard A. Rasmussen, 78, of Becida, Minn., formerly of Rochester, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2017, in Becida.
Survivors include his children, Keith Rasmussen (Deborah) of White Bear Lake, Minn., and Lynn Martin (Douglas) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Chad Steele (Rebecca) of Rochester, Alex Rasmussen of the Twin Cities , Cassie Steele of Stewartville and Annika Bangs of White Bear Lake, Minn.; and one great-grandson, Levi Jacob of Stewartville. He is also survived by siblings, Sonny Rasmussen of California, Tom Rasmussen of Mankato, Beverly Betsinger of Minnesota; and many nephews and nieces.
A private family gathering and a celebration of life will take place in Becida, Minn.
