Hannah Mae Gilbert

Hannah Mae Gilbert passed away peacefully in the loving arms of her parents on September 14th, 2017 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, MN. Hannah was born premature at 27 weeks on April 24th, 2017 at the Sanford Hospital in Bemidji, MN. During her short 4 months of life, she left an imprint on Family, Friends, and Nurses. Throughout her struggle with a congenital heart defects and chronic lung disease, she taught so many about compassion and value for life. She will be greatly missed and always remembered.

Memorial Services will be held at Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home at 10:30 am on Thursday September 21, 2017.

Hannah is survived by her parents Brent and Mariah Gilbert-Ferdig of Bemidji; her twin sister Hailey; brothers Aaron, Jacob, Kenny, Blake, and Zack Gilbert; maternal grandparents Patricia Gilbert and Michael Chard of Bemidji; paternal grandparents Bonnie Ferdig and Don Anderson of Stephen, MN and Steve and Kim Ferdig of Blackduck; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Hannah is preceded in death by her Uncle Frankie Ferdig, Aunt Angela Gilbert, and Uncle Logan Gilbert.
